Hi im buying a used 1990 nissan 240sx and the engine has been swapped sr20det it has a few mods:
-No AC
-gutted
-Walbor 255 fuel pump
-Megan adjustable coilovers
-Megan strut bars (front and back)
-Megan pulleys
-Nismo power brace
-Nismo thermostat
-Nismo coolant cap
-Greddy turbo gauge
-Greddy oil pressure gauge
-Greddy exhaust temp gauge
-Apexi catback exhaust
-Power Enterprise air impulse 2 intake
-Drilled rotors

I would be very careful with this car purchase, because nowadays a stock 240sx is going for about $2000. And then an sr20det for about $2500. Then all of the other modifications, the Apexi exhaust (~$450?) and the Megan Racing coilovers ($900), and the aftermarket 2 way LSD which is about $900. That right there is way over $4000, and not that I think it can't happen, I just don't think it's that probable. Definitely be careful and take it to a trusted mechanic.
